Anaheim, California (September 27, 2000) - Extron introduces the new Plenum 15-pin HD Install Cable. This cable is designed for installations that use AV components with 15-pin HD connectors in a plenum environment. The Plenum 15-pin HD Install Cable is an economical solution for applications that do not require ID bits to be passed to the projector or monitor. For increased flexibility, this cable utilizes five mini high resolution conductors for passing the RGBHV signals of a VGA/SVGA/XGA/SXGA computer to the display. It is NEC CL2P rated for use in plenum environments. Male-to-female and male-to-male versions are available in various lengths of 3' (0.91 m) up to 250' (76 m).
