ConferenceShare™ software enables wireless sharing of content from USB meeting room devices, such as cameras or microphones, for use in Microsoft Teams or Zoom meetings. It connects Windows and macOS laptops or computers to ShareLink Pro Wireless Presentation Systems via an existing Wi-Fi network. With ConferenceShare, laptops running UC software can share content from USB room devices connected to a ShareLink Pro Presentation System. Whether presenting content in a local room, sharing content with remote participants, or both, ConferenceShare ensures easy integration of USB room devices with ShareLink Pro professional AV presentation systems. ConferenceShare requires an Extron LinkLicense on the ShareLink Pro unit connected to USB room devices.

ConferenceShare and ShareLink Pro

ConferenceShare software works in conjunction with ShareLink Pro software and ShareLink Pro devices to not only share content from a user’s local computer, laptop, or mobile device to the local display, but also integrate room video and audio from a local USB camera or microphone to share with remote participants using Teams or Zoom. ConferenceShare manages user access to the USB devices and sends device content to far-end participants in either open or moderated sessions. Adding ConferenceShare features to your ShareLink Pro system expands wireless sharing capabilities beyond your local room to wherever you connect via Teams or Zoom.
