The MLC Plus 200 AAP is an easy-to-use Ethernet controller designed for handling common AV functions such as display on/off, input switching, volume control, and Ethernet control of AV devices. The faceplate hides the mounting screws and, combined with its rounded corners and beveled edges, gives the controller a refined, stylish appearance. Along with the ten customizable and configurable buttons, the MLC Plus 200 AAP features a remote volume control port for Extron MPA Series and select XTRA™ Series amplifiers. Power over Ethernet - PoE allows the MLC Plus 200 AAP to receive power and communication over a single Ethernet cable. The MLC Plus 200 AAP mounts in a five-gang junction box, includes black and white faceplates, and has an opening for four single space AAPs.

The MLC Plus 200 AAP is configured using Extron Global Configurator Plus or Global Configurator Professional software. It also integrates seamlessly with Extron’s award-winning GlobalViewer® Enterprise software for complete AV resource monitoring, management, and control over a computer network. The MediaLink Plus family of controllers supports popular Web browsers and the Extron Control App.

  • Removable captive screw connectors — Provides quick and easy connection to the controller for easy installation and troubleshooting.
  • Configurable buttons — Can be set up to control display power, input selection, volume, or any other IR/RS-232 command supported by the display.
  • Opening for up to four single space AAP - Architectural Adapter Plates  — The MLC 200 AAP fits into a five-gang wall plate and includes an opening to accommodate up to four single space AAP - Architectural Adapter Plates. Blank AAPs are not included. The opening allows for integration with many Extron AAPs, including signal pass-through.
  • Dual color, field-labelable, backlit buttons —  Buttons illuminate red or white for ease of use in low-light environments. Pre-printed label sheets are included.
  • Removable button caps — Make it easy to label each button to clearly indicate its function. Labels can be quickly changed in the field and don't require programming or engraving.
  • Inactivity timer for display shutoff
