GlobalViewer® Campus Communication Suite is a complete solution for unifying campus audio systems and visual messaging under an easy-to-use application. The suite leverages the power of your existing network to provide bells, public address announcements, intercom communications, and visual messaging throughout campus. The web-based user interface allows office personnel to easily manage bell schedules, broadcast announcements, and visual messaging to various zones, and have two-way conversations with classrooms. A District Operations button allows Administrators to broadcast announcements to campuses within a district.

Flexible Bell Scheduling
Create and manage recurring bell schedules locally or at the district level. For special events, such as rallies, testing days, or holiday closures, the bell schedule can be easily modified or disabled.
Public Address Announcements
Broadcast both live public address messages and pre-recorded announcements. Zone capability allows announcements to be routed to all locations on campus, a particular area, or a specific room.
Direct Playback from PVS Switcher or PVCA Controller Amplifier
The PVS 407D Audio Decoding LinkLicense® or LinkLicense for Audio Streaming allows the IP-enabled digital switcher used in PlenumVault Digital Systems, WallVault Digital Systems, and VoiceLift Pro Microphone Systems or the PVCA 452 in PlenumVault Direct View Systems to decode and play public address and bell audio through classroom speakers. This eliminates the need for a separate decoder.
Integrated Intercom System
Provides two-way voice communication over the network using IP Intercom® technology. Flexible setup options allow users to connect with the office or help desk.
Instant Alert Assistance Notification
The Instant Alert feature of the VoiceLift® Pro Microphone system provides instructors with a discrete way to request assistance by signaling the front office/help desk through the GlobalViewer Campus Communications Suite interface.
Features
GlobalViewer Campus Communication Suite is Cisco compatible as a third-party Session Initiation Protocol, SIP endpoint and supports campus-wide live announcements using Cisco Call Manager via SIP.
GlobalViewer Campus Communication Suite software runs in a standard web browser from any computer on the network. Using an intuitive graphical user interface, school personnel can easily administer the bell schedule, make announcements, or establish two-way communications with classrooms - no programming expertise is required.
Twelve presets are available to automatically trigger digital signage messages and audio announcements, providing instant campus-wide notifications regarding the current facility status. The software also integrates with control systems, providing control over a wide range of devices.
Support for Microsoft Active Directory and the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, LDAP, helps maintain strong network security policies by providing network administrators with simplified tools for managing user access and user privileges.

Digital Classroom AV Systems for Your Learning Spaces
Extron Digital Classroom AV Systems are complete, easy-to-use AV switching and control systems that seamlessly integrate digital and analog video sources. PlenumVault Digital and PlenumVault Direct View Systems offer a complete solution for classrooms with flat panel displays. These standard systems include everything you need such as audio and video switching, audio amplification, system control, source connectivity, speakers, mounting hardware, and cabling.
Enhance campus communication by adding the PVS 407D Audio Decoding LinkLicense or LinkLicense for Audio Streaming to your Classroom AV System. These upgrades enable your Classroom AV system to decode public address announcements and bells from GlobalViewer Campus Communication Suite and play them over the classroom speakers. Simple and economical, the upgrade is activated via software on a per-system basis, allowing immediate use where and when you choose.

PVCA 452
The central component of the PlenumVault Direct View System includes a built-in control processor and sophisticated audio capabilities to engage in-person and remote listeners, plus support assistive listening. Integrates with Globalviewer Campus Communication Suite to play bell tones and public address announcements over the classroom AV speakers.
VoiceLift Pro Microphone
Available with pendant or handheld microphones, VoiceLift Pro uses reliable RF technology and works with the switcher or controller amplifier and speakers to create a complete classroom soundfield system to gently amplify the teacher's voice. The pendant's Instant Alert feature discreetly signals the office or help desk operator through GlobalViewer Campus Communications Suite to summon assistance to that classroom.
CC 100C
Audio encoder and decoder works with GlobalViewer Campus Communications Suite to allow audio bell tones, public address announcements, and intercom communications to be streamed over the existing network.
CC 101P
Compact in-room intercom panel includes a Call button to initiate a conversation with the central office, a microphone to pick up the teacher's voice, and an LED that lights when the operator is listening.

Forestville Academy, a public charter school in Forestville, California with students in grades K-8 replaced their inadequate PA system with GVCCS, which has met and exceeded their expectations. GVCCS's value was emphatically validated when a man involved in a domestic dispute was spotted wielding a gun near the school. Administrators used GVCCS to broadcast a pre-recorded campus-wide lockdown announcement.

Murrieta Valley Unified School District in Murrieta, California educates 23,400 K-12 students at 20 campuses.
