DisplayPort Extenders
Extron DisplayPort extenders provide reliable, long distance signal extension for DisplayPort devices in a wide range of AV applications. These extenders offer several features that help simplify integration and ensure reliable operation. For larger rooms, DisplayPort extenders with DTP® twisted pair connections extend DisplayPort, audio, and control signals up to 330 feet (100 meters) over shielded CATx cable. Fiber optic models enable extension of DisplayPort, multi-channel audio, and control extreme distances up to 30 km (18.75 miles) over fiber optic cabling, making these extenders well suited for use within building and across large facilities, such as airports, stadiums, and university campuses.
